Shawn Hayden is a leader in recovery-focused housing and community-based supportive services, serving in senior leadership at GAAHMA (Greenfield Area Affordable Housing and Management Alliance). His work centers on expanding access to stable housing for individuals in recovery, recognizing that safe, structured housing is often the critical foundation for long-term sobriety and personal stability.

Shawn brings deep experience in developing and overseeing sober housing models that combine accountability, peer support, and community connection. He understands that recovery is strengthened when individuals have not only a roof over their heads, but also access to supportive networks, employment pathways, and dignity-centered environments.

Through Sage Housing’s partnership with GAAHMA, Shawn helps guide initiatives that create housing opportunities specifically designed for people in recovery. His perspective ensures that our supportive housing efforts are practical, compassionate, and rooted in real-world experience.

Shawn’s leadership reinforces Sage Housing’s commitment to integrating affordability with supportive services — building communities where individuals rebuilding their lives can thrive with stability, respect, and hope.
