President and Executive Director

Richard “Rich” Becker is President and Executive Director of Sage Housing Inc. LLC.  Rich brings a passion for community engagement and improvement with over 30 years of experience in banking, finance, real estate development and management.  He recently held the position of Director of Asset Management at Massachusetts Housing Investment Corporation MHIC where he managed a team of professionals and a portfolio of Low Income Housing, New Markets and Historic tax credit investments.  Further, Rich has served on several not for profit boards and committees and is passionate about empowering people, improving lives and creating safe, affordable cohesive communities.

Over his career, Rich has committed his time and expertise to the Boys and Girls Clubs of Boston, Epiphany School, YMCA, Stonewall Communities, City to City, Swim 4 Life, Heifer International, Silver Lining Mentoring, Big Brother Big sisters, Horizons for Homeless Children, Nuestra Commanded and others. Rich is the Founding Director of Culture Links, a cultural exchange and awareness program for teens in the US and other parts of the world.

Rich holds national designations as a CPA (Certified Public Accountant- AICPA), CPM (Certified Property Manager- IREM) and a C17P (Compliance Professional for Low Income Housing Tax Credits – Spectrum)

Rich is a graduate of Siena College and has earned certifications /diplomas in Real Estate Studies, Finance, Mediation/ Negotiations from Boston University and Harvard University Law School.  Rich enjoys Scuba, tennis and is a certified Yoga instructor.

Housing Management Resources, Inc.

Richard C. Pierce is the Founder of Housing Management Resources, Inc., a nationwide property management company specializing in affordable housing. Prior to this, he served as Senior Asset Manager and Counsel to Silver Street Development Corporation, a leading developer of Low Income Housing Tax Credit properties. Mr. Pierce brings more than 30 years of experience in property development, management, financing and permitting. He previously served as president and shareholder of O.P. Properties, Inc., and president of O’Connell Management. He serves on the board of the Institute for Responsible Housing Preservation. Mr. Pierce is an attorney and holds numerous affordable housing certifications.


Trish Leonard CPM®

Senior Vice President of Operations

Housing Management Resources

Trish Leonard is Senior Vice President of Housing Management Resources, Inc., and is responsible for overseeing the operations of over 7,000 units of affordable housing in 11 states. Previously, Ms. Leonard was Regional Director of Property Management for the Community Builders, Inc., where she was responsible for the Mid-Atlantic region and the oversight of 4,200 units of affordable and mixed-income housing. She has also provided consulting and brokerage services through Sage Real Estate for a wide variety of clients. In 2015, Ms. Leonard was named IREM Boston’s Professional Woman of the Year in recognition of her significant and outstanding commitment to the advancement of women in the real estate industry and her contributions to IREM. She has worked with Housing Authorities on 12 HOPE VI communities and trained several non-profits and tenant organizations to develop their capacities for asset and property management. Ms. Leonard’s commitment to this work is evidenced by her volunteer effort in the Pioneer Valley, where she works to develop and promote affordable sober housing options.

Ms. Leonard is a licensed real estate broker in Massachusetts, Connecticut, New York, North Carolina, South Carolina, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and New Jersey. She holds a Certified Property Manager designation from IREM, Certified Occupancy Specialist designation from NCHM, C19P LIHTC Certification from Spectrum, NAHP-Executive and SCHM designations from the National Affordable Housing Management Association, and Public Housing Specialist from Nan McKay.


Board Members

Richard Olson has over 30 years of experience in the banking industry, with a variety of leadership positions in Retail Banking, Small Business, Mortgage Lending and Strategic Planning. Presently he is Senior Vice President of Retail Banking and Corporate Marketing for Envision Bank headquartered in Stoughton.  A passionate community advocate, with a history of active involvement in community organizations emphasizing affordable housing development, youth education, social justice and foster care. Board and committee experiences includes but not limited to: Dorchester Bay Economic Development Corporation, CATCH Neighborhood Housing and the Community Development Finance Authority. Richard is an avid skier in the winter months and enjoys spending his summer weekends anywhere near the water. He and his family live in Dorchester.

Lisa Carpenter brings 19 years of real estate experience to Sage and is currently serving as Vice President, Asset Management at Boston Financial Investment Management, a national leader in affordable housing syndication.  Lisa manages the physical and financial health of a multi-state portfolio of 75 properties totaling 7,000 units.  Lisa began her career in real estate at MassHousing, the quasi-public agency dedicated to providing financing for affordable housing in Massachusetts.  She also held various positions at commercial leasing firms but found her way back to the LIHTC industry where her talents can make the most impact.  Lisa is proud to be a founding member of Sage Housing, Inc. and remains committed to the mission of providing stable housing solutions.

Ron Iacobucci, a workforce development professional for over twenty years, currently oversees the workforce development system in the South Shore area on behalf of Quincy Mayor Tom Koch

A life-long resident of Quincy Massachusetts, Ron is a political science and communication graduate of Boston College having served as President of the Undergraduate Government of Boston College. Ron is a candidate for a Masters in Public Administration at Suffolk University.

Ron’s work history includes: Little City Hall Manager for Boston Mayor Kevin White, CEO of a nonprofit organization that promoted youth baseball, co-founder of the Adam Walsh Child Resource Center and General Agent for the South Shore Building Trades Council that promoted development, jobs and justice.  Ron served for six years as Senior Warden at Parish of St. Chrysostom raising millions of dollars to save the church.

Ron’s passion is politics has led him to work on presidential campaigns starting with Ted Kennedy in 1980 and most recently Joe Biden in 2020.

Ron’s other passion is everything Disney having visited Walt Disney World consecutively for 31 years.

Ron is inspired daily by his wife Liz, their three children and four grandchildren.

Geoff MacAdie has an extensive professional background in affordable housing, beginning with an internship with the Cambridge Housing Authority while completing his Master’s Degree at Boston University in the late 1970’s. His first “real” job was with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts’ Executive Office of Communities and Development (now known has “DHCD”), as an analyst in the public housing division’s modernization group. He has been a construction and energy conservation analyst with the Winn Management Company, Senior Asset Manager for RECOLL Management Corporation overseeing bank-owned real estate and other assets, and Regional Vice President for Insignia Residential Group, providing executive property management for a large portfolio of affordable apartment projects located in New England. From 1998 until 2018, he served as Director of Portfolio Management at Massachusetts Housing Partnership (“MHP”), a not-for profit mortgage lender whose mission is the creation and preservation of affordable housing in Massachusetts. Geoff continues to be engaged with MHP on a part-time remote basis as Senior Advisor/Senior Portfolio Manager.

Geoff and his wife Bj Rioux left their former home in New Hampshire in 2019 to live year-round in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina accompanied by their three cocker spaniels Zoey, Otis, and Jax.  They dote over their nine grandchildren in NY, MA, and NH. In his free time, you will usually find Geoff playing guitar or bass (he has played in rock n’ roll cover bands since his teens), enjoying the beautiful area beaches and southern scenery with BJ,  Facetiming with the grandkids, and playing with the dogs.

Geoff attended Bard College and graduated from the University of Connecticut with a B.S in Urban Affairs. He has an M.S. degree from Boston University in Urban Affairs and City Planning.

Kerry Moore – Kerry has been working in real estate since 2005. She is currently working as a Vice President, in the Development Risk Management Department at Boston Financial Investment Management. At Boston Financial Investment Management Kerry works with developers, property management companies and investors to develop or rehabilitate Low Income Housing Developments. Kerry began her career working for Sydney Associates, Inc. where she managed luxury apartments and commercial properties. Kerry holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, PA.  She is Certified Credit Compliance Professional and Notary Public.
